Mr. Ross is a Founding Member of
MRW ADVISORY. He has been assisting clients in the analysis of economic and damages issues in dispute and litigation situations for more than 22 years. Mr. Ross’s practice focuses on commercial disputes, including breach of contract, lost profits, business interruption, funds tracing, business failure and business valuation matters; commercial and public construction disputes; and environmental litigation. He has consulted with Fortune 500 and 100 companies, major law firms and government agencies throughout the United States and abroad on a wide variety of assignments.
He has been retained to assist aerospace and chemical manufacturers, engineering and construction companies, airport authorities, universities and school districts, waste treatment storage and disposal companies, oil and gas and natural resource companies, internet and high technology companies, and government agencies, among others.
Mr. Ross has provided affidavit, deposition or oral testimony in U.S. District Court in Alaska, California, Illinois, New York, Tennessee, Washington, United States Bankruptcy Court and state courts in Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Ohio, Illinois, South Carolina, and California and International Arbitration in London, UK.
