Robert A. Wagner has more than twenty years of business, management and consulting experience, focused broadly on the financial services and real estate industries for which he previously served in financial officer capacities. Mr. Wagner has also specialized in consulting on the economic, financial, accounting and business aspects of litigation, fraud investigations, accounting investigations and consulting assignments involving numerous other industries.

Mr. Wagner has substantial experience in providing consulting services in disputes and special investigations, including serving as an expert witness on financial, economic, accounting and damages analyses. These assignments have included financial and economic analyses, forensic reconstruction, lost profits analyses, market studies, profitability studies, due diligence studies, special investigations into alleged accounting improprieties, fraud investigations, insolvencies, trade secret violations, bankruptcies, alleged lending improprieties, real estate analysis, and fidelity bond claims. In addition, Mr. Wagner has assisted companies with Sarbanes-Oxley implementation and compliance and reporting issues.

He has conducted numerous analyses of historical scope of business operations in order to reconstruct business strategies and activities in support of lost profits claims, as well as to identify insolvency issues and analyzed enterprise values in relation to debt and capital structures to determine the net realizable value of investor interests.

Mr. Wagner is expert in performing financial statement and cash flow reviews in many industries, to isolate issues and identify focus of investigations. He has done economic analyses of businesses, ownership interests and assets for the purposes of valuation. Mr. Wagner has also been retained and has testified with respect to investment and trust administration, economic damages and lender liability issues in state and Federal venues.
